Established 1996, Re-Bud Steel Buildings have grown into a well-respected international company, spanning six countries. The core of our business comprises of the manufacturing and assembly of steel buildings, state of the art roof systems and wall cladding. We offer an unparalleled personal service from start to finish, supplying steel framed and PIR/PUR panelled buildings for both self-assembly and construction. Polyisocyanurate Panels (PIR) Our panels consist of a core of polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation between two layers of sheet metal and are built to BS EN 10327:2004 standard. The polyisocyanurate bonds to the steel sheets during the manufacturing process, forming dense, strong panels with excellent thermal performance.  

PIR Sandwich panels are a modern construction product now used across many countries and applications. They are intended for external and internal walls, roofs and extended ceilings, with each panel comprising of a core of thermo-insulating material, and skinned on both sides with durable sheet metal. They ensure a long-lasting, airtight and energy efficient envelope for all our buildings and enable safe, fast and easy installation.  

PIR wall and roof panels are ideal for warehouses, large stores, livestock buildings, pavilions, containers, automotive centres and even in residential construction. Our frames have been designed using the latest software to meet the needs of our clients and are built to withstand extremely high winds and heavy snowfall having been assembled in some of the toughest corners of Europe. Every building we sell is of CE standard and our steel meets BS EN 1090 and EN 1090-1:2009 + A12011 standards. At the core of our business is the ability to design, produce and assemble steel constructions that are not only sturdy but also ecologically superior and aesthetically pleasing. 

So far, we have produced hundreds of structures that met our client’s requirements, and all of our steel welding quality meets or exceeds EN ISO 3834-3:2007 standards.  We will be happy to talk to you about all elements of building with steel and are very proud of our practices.
